Gardai are questioning a man about a consignment of drugs found on a truck at Dublin Port.
The freight truck was stopped while disembarking a ferry at Dublin Port and 11.2 kilos of cocaine were found inside.
Gardai believe the drugs have a street value of €784,000.
A 38 year old man was arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking and he is being questioned at Store Street Garda Station.
Yesterday’s seizure was the combined work of the Garda Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and Customs.
It's their second major bust this week.
On Wednesday, a joint operation led to the seizure of €1.5 million worth of heroin near Rathcoole.
Two men are before the courts in relation to that.
