There's been an 80% jump in the number of homeless children in the city.
The latest figures show there were over 1,000 children with families, in emergency accommodation in Dublin in the week of May 18th to 24th.
Councillor Paul McAuliffe says the solution to the housing crisis is to build more social housing, but until then some landlords have been signing up to make their properties available:
