Organisers of the SSE Airtricity Dublin half-marathon have paid tribute to a 23 year old man who died during the race yesterday.
The man suffered cardiac arrest near the finish line in Phoenix Park yesterday.
Trained paramedics who were taking part in the race attended to the man, who was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
