At least 14 people were injured in a massive fire in Dubai overnight.
Flames could be seen for several hours at the 63-storey Address Hotel which is very close to the world's tallest building.
One person is reported to have had a heart attack amid the crowds fleeing the blaze but there have been no fatalities.
Despite the fire and chaos surrounding it New Year's festivities still went ahead in the United Arab Emirates state last night.
