Alec Baldwin has been praising Tom Cruise's professionalism on the set of the new Mission Impossible film.
He says that Cruise is "very vigilant. He comes to work everyday, he's on the set everyday. He's got notes and he's got input about everything that's being done, very hands on."
Baldwin plays CIA director Alan Hunley and Cruise returns as super spy Ethan Hunt.
Mission Impossible: Rouge Nation hits our screens next week. It's the fifth installment in the franchise.
