If you didn't get a chance to take in a few rays on Stephen's Green or head out to Howth over the weekend, then don't panic. The warm, dry weather is set to stick around for another while.

According to Met Éireann, the hot spell will continue until at least Thursday with temperatures hitting a sweet 26 degrees Celsius.

Today will be fine and sunny with highs of between 20 and 25 degrees and just some light breezes. Tuesday will be another mainly dry and bright day. It'll be a little windier but temperatures will still be as high as 26 degrees.

On Wednesday, we can expect to see more sunshine and humid heat. During the day, it could hit 26 degrees but on Wednesday evening, the heat and humidity may set off some heavy thundery showers. However, those showers will clear to give a dry and sunny Thursday with top temperatures of 20 degrees.

It'll start to cool down from Friday with temperatures back down to around 18 degrees and some patchy rain - so get out there while you still can!
