A brand new multifunctional venue has opened in Dublin. The Well on Stephen's Green includes a café-bar, restaurant, coffee shop and event space.

The venue, which was previously Dandelion, also features co-working areas.

The Well is split into two distinct areas, a café-bar, coffee shop & restaurant upstairs and an event space at basement level.

The Well's aesthetic is described as a "premium version of an industrial-style bar".

The venue's interior features furniture made from recycled and refurbished materials. This keeps in line with the venue’s pledge to use materials that are sustainable and have been produced ethically.

Find out more about the different areas below:

The Café-Bar

The Well’s café-bar is the ideal spot for those looking for good coffee, great drinks and fab food.

It provides an all-day to late-night location where creative thinkers, entrepreneurs and innovators can celebrate, collaborate or just relax.

Beer lovers will have plenty of choice from a comprehensive list of the best of Irish & International craft beers with the Franciscan Well range including Rebel Red, Chieftain IPA, Shandon Stout and Archway.

The Well’s cocktail menu features quirky ingredients from local suppliers including, Gut Instinct Kombucha, Glitterbugs Edible Glitter, Celtic Whiskey and a full range of spirts from Irish Distillers.

The café-bar’s carefully curated wine list has been selected by James Brookes, formerly of Guilbaud’s and Glovers Alley.

‘These Hands’ Coffee Shop

These Hands coffee shop offers a quality take away coffee counter and bites for those on the go.

The shop will provide a range of healthy options such as Old MacDonnell’s Farm yoghurts, salads and soft cheeses as well as some sweet treats for those that can’t quite behave.

The coffee shop will be open daily from 7am to 7pm.

Dublin Pizza Company @ The Well

The Well has partnered with Michael Ryan, the founder of Dublin Pizza Company, to create DPC @ The Well serving an extended version of their award-winning menu featuring wood-fired pizzas along with complimentary salads and starters from lunchtime until late.

Work @ The Well

There are a number of co-working spaces with hot desks and power hubs in the café bar, for those looking for a more social and creative working environment.

Live @ The Well

From September, with the opening of the basement, the venue will be able to provide a 1000+ capacity event space. It will include a late bar and bespoke performance space, available for corporate hire.

Live @ The Well will feature independent events during the week and will host new and innovative music promotions at the weekends.
