Women's Aid are asking people to #StandStrong as part of a new campaign.
The campaign is taking place this Monday 6th February and aims to empower people to overcome domestic abuse in Ireland.
People are being encouraged to take a picture of themselves doing a warrior pose and post it on social media with the hashtag #StandStrong.
