Snapchat has been listed as the number one drain on your phone's battery.
A study by AVG Technologies into the apps that consume most power has listed Snapchat, Spotify and Netflix as among the top data suckers on your phone.
Snapchat has taken over from previous top power taker Facebook. It uses your phone's camera, Wi-Fi/data, and GPS all at the same time.
Other apps that drain your battery by carrying on working while not open include Facebook, Google Play and Words with Friends.
