RECIPE: Loaded Nachos With Chipotle Pulled Chicken

Love food but rubbish at cooking? We've teamed up with Fire & Smoke to bring you a delicious recipe that doesn't take much effort.

Here's you'll need:

  • 2x packs of Fire & Smoke Chipotle Pulled Chicken 90g
  • 6 Corn Tortillas
  • 500mls of oil
  • 500g grated smoked cheddar
  • Toppings (optional) jalapenos, guac, sour cream, onions, cheese, olives

Instructions:

  1. Heat up your skillet with oil on a medium heat
  2. Cut the stack of corn tortillas into quarters
  3. Place the triangle pieces into the oil
  4. Flip them carefully until a light, golden colour
  5. Place the chips on a paper towel to soak up the oil
  6. Immediately sprinkle with alt
  7. Spread the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet
  8. Layer on the Fire & Smoke Chipotle Pulled Chicken
  9. Sprinkle with cheese
  10. Put in the oven at 200C for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted
  11. Cover in your favourite toppings
  12. Eat!
