Animal Of The Day
A new Irish website has launched this week and it's going to cheer you up during lockdown.
Animal of the Day was set up by 26-year-old Dubliner Emer Mooney.
The idea is simply - share a cute animal photo every day to make people happy!

The concept begin on social media and soon grew to six accounts: Cow of the Day, Rabbit of the Day, Hamster of the Day, Frog of the Day, Goat of the Day and Pig of the Day!
However, after lots of messages from fans saying the content 'has made a difference to their day during the pandemic,' Emer decided to launch a website.

The site combines all the animal photos in one place for a handy hit of happiness!
And every day there's a new cow, frog, goat, hamster, pig and rabbit shot for us to enjoy.
