With widespread panic-buying and stockpiling taking place at the moment. It is important for sensible heads to weigh in at a time like this.

Cue Nancy Stewart, a 106-year-old Meath woman who has some timely advice. Born October 16th 1913, she has seen two World War's and the world change around her.

She took to facebook yesterday to tell of the importance of hand-washing and social distancing.

Stewart states ''I'm sick here listening to all this about panic-buying''.
