Melissa McCarthy has been talking about her new fashion line, Seven7.
The actress and comedian spoke to HSM about her ideal style:
"Some days I want to be prim and proper, and others I want to be in a band"
The line will have "everything a woman needs", from dresses to denim.
All items are going to cost under $150.
McCarthy added that "The fun of it is you should be able to put these things together and not have to make a choice about going out to dinner or getting the sweater. Wear the sweater to dinner."
Already a successful film star, famous for movies like Bridesmaids and The Heat, not to mention the new Ghostbusters reboot, McCarthy has always had an interest in fashion:
"I went into clothing and textiles in college and moved here with Brian Atwood. I was going to finish at FIT and he made me do stand-up on the second night."
The fashion line will officially debut in September.
