Pilates is one of the Greenhouse’s most popular Movement categories with a very extensive schedule. It is popular among women (including pre and post natal) & men (not just sports people like rugby players, golfers and GAA players) who want a stronger core and increased flexibility as well. They also offer private sessions and corporate classes (on or off site).

Given their studio is open from 6.30 in the morning until 9pm means there is something for everyone at The Greenhouse.

The Greenhouse is different to other studios because they only hire the best teachers. The Greenhouse doesn’t take any teachers in without at least 600-1,000 teaching hours under their belt and have to fit in with our ethos of educating clients. If you want to learn from the best Pilates teachers or are interested in moving into the field yourself you can get in touch with the guys -> info@thegreenhouseproject.ie

Big Announcement At The Greenhouse This Week!

The Greenhouse is delighted to announce that Lucy Kennedy has become a member of the Greenhouse. As you may know Lucy has just had her third child and was looking for somewhere to refocus on herself.

The Co-Founders met with Lucy a few weeks ago and when she heard that they customise programmes for clients she was intrigued. Lucy has an incredibly busy life being a mum and working so they created something around her lifestyle in a way that she does not have to compromise on anything – and that’s the key as most busy mums and dad know.

Lucy starts with a Clinical assessment this week where Naomh will assess her body and what she needs to do to repair her body after 3 children (most mums don’t even think about this and just get on with life, at the Greenhouse they encourage) – this will be followed by a Pilates programme as well as a Row/Sculpt programme as this will take care of her needs including cardio.

Lucy is in the spotlight and travels a lot so that means her skin can be under pressure. So The Greenhouse are going to look after her skin and Lucy has already started her Biologique Recherche programme. She had her skin assessed last week via the Skin Instant Lab and was sent away for a month with two products (Lait U and the magical P50 that hit some beauty headlines in the last few weeks!) before coming back for her first treatment.
