Twitter has changed its favourite icon from a star to a heart.
From today people will start to see hearts on Twitter for ioS and Android - twitter.com and Tweet Deck.
Twitter says it's changing the icon to a heart as it's a universal symbol that resonates across languages, cultures and time zones.

Last month, Facebook introduced Reactions.
“It’s exciting that Ireland’s Facebook community will be one of the first to participate in testing these new ways to express reactions,” said Gareth Lambe, Head of Facebook Ireland at the time.
