A brand new dog-friendly new wine bar is opening in Dublin this week. Located on Drury Street, Amy Austin will open its doors on Thursday, February 20th.

The new spot, created by John Farrell, seats less than 30 diners and boasts a vibrant décor.

Amy Austin will be open Monday to Saturday 'til late. From March, the restaurant will open for lunch daily from 12pm.

The bar will serve wine on tap and by the bottle and also has an eclectic food menu to match.

The Menu At Amy Austin

The All Day & Night menu was created in a collaboration between Chefs Essa Fakhry of 777 and Matt Raynor, who recently returned from London.

There's a focus on small plates. These include charcuterie and cheese selections, cold and hot dishes and a single delicious dessert.

Amy will also offer daily and vegan specials.

Cold plates include 3 Carlingford Oysters served with kimchi bloody mary, Toonsbridge Burrata and Yellowfin Tuna Crudo.

From the hot selection, there’s Fried Dublin Bay Prawns with garlic toum, bisque and dill and Butter-poached Turbot to name a few dishes.

You can take a look at the full menu here.

Amy Austin is located in Unit 1 of Drury Street Car Park in Dublin 2.
