Beef Burgers with Bacon, Farmhouse Cheese and Beetroot Relish

Cook time: 20 minutes

It’s the Beetroot Relish that makes this dish unique, it’s easy to make and goes really well with these burgers - on or off the grill. 

You can of course replace this relish with another, but will other relishes have the same “healthy appearance” as the beetroot variety?

Pineapple & Pork Skewers

Prep time: Under 25 minutes

Fruit is best served shared. Here is a way to share out some pineapple with the whole family in a unique way. They will adore these pork, pineapple and green pepper skewers - all prepped and cooked on the barbecue in less than 25 minutes.

Serve with rice, in pitta bread or however you'd like.
