Justin Bieber's What Do You Mean Reaches No. 1

Justin Bieber is celebrating his first US number 1 single with What Do You Mean. The song is just the 23rd ever to start at number 1, with sales of 337 thousand downloads.

The success of the single also makes Bieber the the youngest male artist to debut at No. 1 in the chart's 57-year-history.
