A worthy choice!
Stephen Mulhern has revealed that he's in talks with the bosses at Dancing On Ice to become the new presenter of the show.
There’s been much speculation about who will take over hosting duties for the popular ITV show after it looks unlikely that the show’s usual presenter Philip Schofield will be back to host with Holly Willoughby.
In an interview with MailOnline, Stephen Mulhern said that it would be 'amazing' to front the show. He’s no stranger to the world of Dancing On Ice. He’s filled in for Phil in the past when we was off sick and even presented the ice skating show’s spin off series Defrosted for a year back in 2006.
He hinted at Holly Willoughby staying on as the show’s host, saying hosting alongside her is always ‘a great time’. Although it’s yet to be confirmed if Holly Willoughby will be making a return to the show after the turbulent year she’s had.
The last time she hosted the show, it was alongside her longtime cohost and friend Phillip Schofield. But after their very public falling out following the scandal and the Holly having to step down from This Morning herself, it’s up in the air whether she’ll feel comfortable returning to the show she’s so used to doing with Phil.
We'll have to wait and see!
