Wales head coach Wayne Pivac has made two changes for Saturday's Six Nations clash with France in Cardiff.

Scrum-half Gareth Davies and back-row Ross Moriarty come into the starting 15 at the expense of Tomos Williams and Aaron Wainwright.

Dan Biggar and Josh Adams have both been passed fit after suffering injuries in the defeat against Ireland in Dublin.

Pivac is excited to see what the new faces can offer against the French: “Gareth was unavailable in Round 1 and came off the bench last time out so he is full of energy and we are looking forward to him bringing his game on Saturday.

“Ross has impressed off the bench so far and brought a lot of energy and communication as well so he deserves an opportunity to start.

“We have changed around the second rows on the bench, we are looking at creating competition there and Will has trained well and we are looking forward to seeing him out on that stage.

“We want to build on what we have done so far and are looking to be more accurate with what we do and improve on that aspect.

“Saturday is going to be a packed Principality Stadium, we know the atmosphere will be electric and it is set for a big day in Cardiff.”

France, looking to maintain their winning start to the tournament, have made one personnel change from the win over Italy.

Virimi Vakatawa returns from injury to start in the centre and Gael Fickou moves to wing with Damian Penaud and Vincent Rattez both ruled out through injury.

Camille Chat, Jean-Baptiste Gros, Dylan Cretin and Thomas Ramos are all named on the bench.

Wales team: Halfpenny; North, Tompkins, Parkes, Adams; Biggar, G Davies; W Jones, Owens, D Lewis, Ball, AW Jones (capt), Moriarty, Tipuric, Faletau.
