Robbie Keane is the best player in the United States this year.
He won the MLS 2014 MVP last night.
The Irish captain scored 19 goals and had 14 assists, as LA Galaxy won in the Western Conference this season.
He also scored as Galaxy progressed to Sunday's MLS final against New England Revolution.
Keane has become the first European to scoop the coveted award.
He beat off competition from former Newcastle United striker Obafemi Martins as well as Lee Nguyen.
