The Christmas festival comes to a close at Leopardstown today. The go-ahead has been given following a precautionary inspection at the track this morning.
Officials have confirmed they will monitor the chase track, which is currently unraceable in parts.
@LeopardstownRC tweeted: "Parts of the chase track are currently unraceable and will be monitored through the morning as temps change.
"We are optimistic chases will take place. Forecast: cold and frosty this morning, becoming sunny later.
The main event is scheduled for 1.25, with Hurricane Fly and Jezki facing off for the sixth time in the Ryanair Hurdle.
The other grade one race is the Topaz Novice Chase - that's off at 3.05. The first race on the card is the Handicap Steeplechase at 12:20
