Connacht have extended Quinn Roux's contract until the end of the season.
The 24-year old South African second row has performed well since moving on loan to the Westerners from Leinster at the start of the season.
He has played 13 times for Connacht since his arrival, starting 12.
Connacht coach Pat Lam says Roux has impressed since his move in the summer
“We are pleased to say we have extended Quinn Roux’s deal until the end of the season which is great", said Lam.
"He has very much impressed us. He has impressed everyone since he arrived here — the boys welcomed him, he really enjoys it, and when you tie those factors together, we see the result.”
