Leinster and Munster could be on collision course in Bilbao next month.

But before either of the Irish provinces can dream of a place in the European Rugby Champions Cup final, they have to negotiate semi finals against Scarlets and Racing 92 respectively this weekend, both producing tough obstacles.

On the eve of the semis, we were down in New Ross, Co Wexford for our Heineken Rugby Club Roadshow and former Ireland head coach Eddie O'Sullivan joined Ger, ex-Munster out half Johnny Holland and ex-Ireland, Leinster and Lions player Nick Popplewell on stage to look ahead to how the games will go.

Eddie admitted the threat posed by Scarlets means he is more worried by a Leinster side that lost to the Welsh side at home in last season's Pro12 semi finals in comparison to Munster who must travel to France.

"They should get worried because I think there's a number of factors. There's huge pressure on Leinster. If they lose tomorrow, it puts a huge dampener on the season and the reason for that is the expectation's huge and the reason for that is they've played so well all year," he said, before citing some of Leinster's outstanding performances in Europe this season.

"The worry I have is that Scarlets are a dangerous team. They won't be afraid coming to Dublin. If they get parity of possession, they'll certainly throw the ball around and they don't need a lot of chances, Scarlets. If they get three or four chances, they could switch them up and that could be enough to upset the applecart so I'm a little bit more uncomfortable about Leinster than I am about Munster actually."
