Leinster Dominate Pro 14 Awards Night

Leinster were the big winners at this evenings Guinness Pro 14 end of season awards.

Head Coach Leo Cullen was named Coach of the Year for guiding the blues to success on the domestic front, in a year which they also landed their 4th Champions Cup.

Barry Daly led the league in terms of trys scored over the course of 2017-18, going over 12 times. The Dubliner was recognised as the Championship’s top try scorer for last season.

Meanwhile, after a breakout year for Leinster Jordan Larmour picked up the young player award.

The European Champions also dominated the Pro 14 Dream Team with Andrew Porter, Scott Fardy, Jack Conan, James Lowe, and Jordan Larmour all selected - the only other provincial player to make the squad was John Cooney of Ulster.

Tadhg Beirne picked up the Player of the year award and was also named on the team of the year for his final season with Scarlets before departing for Munster.
