Keith Wood believes Gerbrandt Grobler should not play for Munster.

The presence of the second row in the Munster squad this season has generated controversy, given the fact that the player has previously served a two year for testing positive for an anabolic steroid.

Former Ireland captain Keith and The Irish Independent's rugby correspondent Ruaidhri O'Connor joined Joe on Wednesday Night Rugby to discuss the matter.

Joe asked Keith whether he feels Grobler will play for Munster and whether he should. And the latter responded: "I've no idea whether he'll play for Munster and I think in the furor which is right, I don't think he should."

Ruaidhri added: "I don't think he should. I think he probably will [play] and I'm going to be very interested to what see the reaction from the Thomond Park crowd will be if he comes on in the last 20 minutes of a game. I wonder will they wait until the Six Nations."

Earlier today, Munster responded to questions we submitted on the Grobler issue , while Ger Gilroy put questions directly to IRFU CEO Philippe Browne in relation to the issue.
