Nine changes to the Leinster team for their Guinness Pro 12 clash with the Newport Gwent Dragons on Sunday.

The Blues are without 12 Irish players, who are in the Six Nations squad to face France tomorrow.

But six starters remain from the side that drew with Wasps in the Champions Cup three weeks ago.

Fergus McFadden, Dave Kearney, Jimmy Gopperth, Michael Bent, Kane Douglas and Dominic Ryan are all retained.

Kearney is brought back from the Ireland camp to start at full back, after recovering from a shoulder injury.

McFadden is also back, after recovering from the rib injury he suffered while playing for the Irish Wolfhounds against the English Saxons.

He starts on the right wing, with Darragh Fanning on the left.

Ben Te’o also returns from injury to take his place in the centre, alongside Noel Reid.

And it’s Luke McGrath and Jimmy Gopperth in the half back line.

Michael Bent is joined by Richardt Strauss and Tadhg Furlong in the front row, with Tom Denton partnering Kane Douglas in the second row.

Shane Jennings captains the side from openside flanker.

He’s alongside Dominic Ryan and Jack Conan, who starts at number eight.

John Cooney is recalled from his loan spell at Connacht to take his place on the bench.

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Maks Van Dyke's short term loan deal with Leinster has ended.

He has returned to South Africa in time for the new Super Rugby season with the Cheetahs.

The game takes place at the RDS on Sunday, with kick off at 3pm.
