Andy McEntee believes Ballyboden St Enda's have reached the standards set by St Vincent's. Vinnies dominated Dublin football up until they were dethroned by the Southside club this season.

All Ireland champions in 2014, the Marino men were stopped from winning a third county title in a row by Boden.

The Firhouse Road side went on to win the Leinster title after beating Portlaoise in the provincial decider and were crowned All Ireland champions last Thursday after a 2-14 to 0-7 over Castleber Mitchels.

McEntee believes Boden's progress proves they are now among the elite of Dublin football. He reckons the competitive nature of the competition has actually helped them improve.
