Ulster are able to welcome a number of players back to their starting 15 for tomorrow's United Rugby Championship clash with Cardiff.

Iain Henderson - who was one of four players released back to the province from the Irish squad - captains the side in the second row.

He missed the win over Italy having recorded a positive Covid-19 test and has struggled with injury this season.

The three other players released for the game - Robert Balacoune, James Hume and Nick Timoney - also start.

Elsewhere, Jordi Murphy makes his first appearance of the season having returned from injury.

John Cooney also starts for the game at the Kingspan Stadium, following his recovery from a calf problem.
