Turkish side Galatasaray have been banned from European football for the next two seasons for breaking financial fair play rules.
UEFA said last month the club would face action, after breaking regulations on the level of financial losses allowed.
The club have now been banned for failing to stick to a deal on spending.
Galatasaray say they are "examining the text of the decision" and will issue a statement later.
