Leo Cullen has revealed his first Leinster team, ahead of the opening PRO12 game of the season away to Edinburgh tomorrow evening.

Michael Bent is among the four players in the team who were released from the Ireland camp earlier this week, having not made the final 31-man World Cup squad.

Bent starts in the front row alongside Aaron Dundon and Jamie Hagan.

Tom Denton and Mike McCarthy are in the second row, with skipper Kevin McLaughlin, Dan Leavy and Jack Conan completing the pack.

Cathal Marsh makes his first start for Leinster alongside Luke McGrath in the half back line.

Fergus McFadden starts on the right wing, having also failed to make Ireland’s World Cup squad, with Darragh Fanning starting on the other wing and Noel Reid and Ben Te'o in the centre.

Ica Nacewa also makes his first competitive start since his return to D4 at full back.

Isaac Boss is also included on the bench, while Royce Burke-Flynn, Ross Byrne and Garry Ringrose could all make their debuts from the bench.

The game kicks off at 7.35pm tomorrow evening.
