Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admits he's got tough decisions to make ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash with Manchester City.

Diogo Jota's scored in each of his last four games, including a hat trick in Tuesday's Champions League clash with Atalanta.

But Klopp says Firmino remains a key part of his system.

"I don't have to say one word about Bobby Firmino and how important he was for us, I don't waste time with that," the Liverpool boss said at his press conference this afternoon.

"He was the difference-maker in so many games without scoring. I would feel really embarrassed if I have to mention the qualities of Bobby Firmino.

"I can't help these people if they don't see it."

Defending champions Liverpool have won on just one of their last 10 trips to City in the league but Klopp insists you can read too much into previous meetings between the sides.

"It's a very difficult game, hopefully for both teams, so many things are different this year, nothing can be compared with last year or the year before.

"I enjoy these kind of games, I enjoy the preparation, but it doesn't make it easier, it's just a really tough task.
