Bryan Cullen has retired from inter county football.

The former All-Ireland winning captain has called it a day after 12 seasons with the Boys in Blue.

He starred in Dublin’s first All-Ireland success in 16 years, when he lifted Sam Maguire in 2011.

He says he is looking forward to concentrating on his club career instead.

“For now, I'm looking forward to focusing on my career and playing with my club Skerries Harps over the next few years.”

"I've been fortunate enough to represent Dublin at senior level since 2003 but I feel now is the time to step away”
