The Girls in Blue are set to feature in three of eight National Football League double headers that were confirmed today.

Following on from their historic Lidl NFL clash with Mayo last year, the first women's league match to be played at Croke Park, Dublin will play two more league ties at GAA headquarters.

The first one of those will see the newly crowned All-Ireland Senior Football champions face Cork, the reigning league title holders, on Saturday February 3 ahead of Dublin versus Donegal in the Allianz NFL Division One.

MacHale Park will then host a repeat of last year's All-Ireland final as Mayo look to gain revenge for their defeat before the Westerners try to do the same in the subsequent men's clash.

In what the Ladies Gaelic Football Association have called a 'groundbreaking development', it will be the first time that the Mayo women play on the same bill as their male counterparts

It's back to Croke Park then on Saturday March 3 as the women and men of Dublin and Kerry face off with all three double headers having throw-in times of 5pm and 7pm.

The first double header of the campaign will see the women of Armagh and Tipperary go against each other at 12pm on Sunday January 28 before the Orchard County take on Sligo in the men's game at the Athletic Grounds.

The last one takes place in Healy Park where Tyrone host Cavan at 5:15pm on Saturday March 3 before Mickey Harte's side entertain Ulster rivals Donegal.
