Joe Schmidt has made wholesale changes to the Irish team for this Sunday's clash with Georgia.
There are 13 changes in all.
Mike Ross and Simon Zebo are the only survivors from the team that started last weekend's win over South Africa.
Up front, Dave Foley and Dominic Ryan will make their debuts.
Eoin Reddan will captain the side at scrum half beside Ian Madigan, with Gordon D'Arcy and Darren Cave making up the midfield pairing.
