Ireland captain Rory Best has recovered from an ankle injury to lead out Ulster against Connacht in the Guinness Pro14 quarter-finals tomorrow.

It'll be the veteran hooker's last game at Kingspan Stadium, ahead of his retirement after the World Cup. Darren Cave, who will retire at the end of the current season, is on the bench.

Wing Jacob Stockdale remains sidelined with a hamstring issue. Rob Lyttle starts on the left-wing with Mike Lowry and Robert Baloucoune completing the back three.

John Cooney and Billy Burns come in as the half-back pairing with Stuart McCloskey and Luke Marshall in midfield.

Ireland internationals Jordi Murphy and Iain Henderson return to the starting 15 with Marcell Coetzee also recalled.

Connacht have won both meetings between the sides this season but Dan McFarland's Ulster have lost just once since January.
