Dublin woman Sharon Brophy says she "doesn't even think about cigarettes" anymore.
She is giving up cigarettes for the second time this month, after sixteen years of smoking.

This month the HSE are running their 'Quit Smoking Campaign' for the month of March.
They gave Sharon some practical tips and support to quit for good.
