Dublin-based woman Caoimhe Grogan says her she can't remember life before her Irish Guide Dog 'Eldin'.
Caoimhe is visually impaired and lives and works in Dublin city.
Her Irish Guide Dog 'Eldin' came into her life in 2019.
She says he's given her a huge confidence and security boost.
The Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind launched their May campaign last week.
They are asking people to walk, run or swim 100km in May.
