Today on Dublin Talks we spoke to Fiona Tuomey who lost her 11 year old daughter to suicide in 2016.

She told Adrian that Ireland's mental health services failed Millie.

We got a HUGE reaction to Fiona's story, with many callers sharing their story of how mental health services have failed them.

One parent told us that doctors said her daughter's self harming wasn't severe enough for treatment:
