We spoke to Rosie Brennan on Dublin Talks today, she told Adrian the heartbreaking story of her 6 year old son Jake. He was tragically killed back in 2014 when a driver who was going over the speed limit in their housing estate hit him.
It sparked a conversation around speed limits and dangerous driving in estates all of the city. We spoke to parents who were moved to tears by Rosie's story:
