A Dublin landlord is doing something lovely
This morning on Dublin Talks we heard of a landlord who's hoping to help a couple get on the property ladder.
They wanted to remain anonymous but are taking applications through Howley Souhan estate agents.
David Souhan from the agents told us the two-bed house in Ongar village has a rental value of about €1700.
However, the landlord wants to help a couple with their saving for a mortgage and is offering the rent for €800 a month.
In order to apply you must be able to prove you're saving for a mortgage, are in full time employment and have references from previous landlords.
To find out more about the house in question check out Howley Souhan.
