"They seemed to do it for a bit of fun, that's the sickening part"

Emma Hanrahan a Dublin mother was attacked  by three hooded teenagers  while she was walking through the GAA carpark in Balbriggan.

The attack happened 9 minutes past 6 on Friday.

Emma was hit in the back of the head, pushed to the ground, kicked, punched and sliced.

"They were just laughing and I was screaming for my life". Emma managed to kick one of them to the grown and another shouted "Run Blood!", that's when the attack stopped.

Nothing was stolen, it seemed to just be a senseless attack.

Emma spoke with us and shared the full story in vivid detail.
