Should you ask your partners permission before making a big purchase?

This morning on Dublin Talks we heard your opinions on asking for permission from your partner before buying something.

One of our colleagues wanted to buy a set of wireless earphones for himself in the Black Friday sales. However, they were about €250 and he asked his partner could he first. She said no!

Lots of you thought this was outrageous and he shouldn't need to ask. Although some people are sick of their partners arriving home with expensive things!
