The pair first met back in 2019 when Thom appeared as a contestant on the celebrity version of the X-Factor that ran for just one series.
In interviews Nicole opened up about how the pandemic helped strengthen their relationship.
"I have a new perspective and things balance out. And I'm really grateful to [lockdown] build a healthy, strong, solid foundation to my relationship."
