A sweet factory is looking for an official taster to sample its products and advise on developing new flavours.
Swizels who make Lovehearts, Drumsticks and Rainbow drops are specifically looking for an Irish taster to advice on the Celtic palate.
The successful applicant will be brought to the company's factory in Derbyshire for a full briefing on the sweet making process.
And for the duration of the one year contract they will get to sample the full range of products from existing stock to confidential prototypes
