The body of a woman has been found in the grounds of a church in the capital.
Gardaí were alerted by members of the public to the remains at St. Michan's Church on Halston Street at around six o'clock this morning.
The area has been sealed off and a technical exam is underway.
A post-mortem is due to take place later today and investigations are ongoing.
