A woman has appeared in court charged with burglary at the home of former Tánaiste and Labour TD Joan Burton.
It’s alleged to have happened while she was speaking at an event on crime in Harristown in her constituency of Dublin West.
44-year-old Elaine Waters of no fixed abode was remanded in custody to appear in court again on Thursday.
