The jury in the Graham Dwyer trial has been shown explicit home videos found on an external drive seized from his Foxrock home.
The architect speaks directly into the camera in some footage and in other films appears to stab women during sex.
The public gallery was cleared for a third time before the judge warned the jury that the videos that were about to be shown were explicit and wouldn’t be easy to watch.
Small monitors in front of the jurors then lit up with the first of 11 short clips.
It shows a topless Graham Dwyer.
The camera pans to reveal a knife in his hand and he then plunges it into his stomach.
The accused speaks directly into the camera in the second clip.
Again he’s topless and lying in bed.
He says he’s just after waking up after knocking himself out with Chloroform.
He describes being disorientated and dizzy with very little recollection of what happened.
The remaining videos apparently show Mr. Dwyer stabbing various women during sex.
The women’s faces are pixelated to protect their identities.
