Two Irish men are due before court in Australia tomorrow on murder charges.
It follows the death of a 66 year old man after an alleged assault in Sydney.
The victim died in hospital yesterday, after being found in a critical condition on the roadside on December 29th.
The men aged 21 and 24 who are both from Donegal are in Police custody and will appear before a court tomorrow.
