A toddler injured in an alleged hit-and-run yesterday has died in hospital.
The two year old girl was struck by a car at North Road in Phoenix Park at around half past six.
She was rushed to Temple Street Children's Hospital but passed away in the early hours this morning.
A 24 year old man arrested in connection with the collision is being held at Blanchardstown Garda Station.
